**MazeBox Escape Room Waiver and Release of Liability**

We’re thrilled you’ve chosen us for your escape room adventure. To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please read this waiver and release of liability agreement carefully before entering the MazeBox escape room.
By E-Signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following for you and all players you are booking for:
Risk of Injury: You understand that participating in an escape room involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: minor bumps, bruises, scrapes, or strains; exposure to sudden noises or lighting effects; and the physical exertion required to solve puzzles and navigate the room. You agree to participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injuries or losses that may occur during your experience.
Medical Conditions: If you have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by participation in an escape room, you agree to disclose them to a MazeBox staff member before entering the room. MazeBox reserves the right to deny entry to anyone with a condition that could pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
Following Instructions: You agree to follow all instructions provided by MazeBox staff members before, during, and after your escape room experience. This includes proper use of all props and equipment within the room.
MazeBox Property: You agree to treat MazeBox property with respect. Any intentional damage caused by you or a member of your group will be your sole responsibility.
Photography and Videography: MazeBox reserves the right to take photographs and videos of participants during their escape room experience for promotional purposes. You agree to the use of your image or likeness in such materials. If you do not consent, please notify a MazeBox staff member before entering the room.
Release of Liability: You hereby release and forever discharge MazeBox, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation in the MazeBox escape room experience.
Additional Information:
All participants must be at least [12] years old to participate. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who also signs this waiver.
MazeBox staff members reserve the right to remove any participant from the escape room for violation of safety rules or disruptive behaviour.
The use of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited before or during your MazeBox experience.
I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver and release of liability agreement for myself and the players I am booking for.
By completing your online payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Non-Refundable Payment: All online payments made for MazeBox escape room experiences are final and non-refundable. This applies to all situations, including but not limited to:
- Cancellations by you
- No-shows on the day of your booking
- Unavailability of your preferred date or time slot (we will try our best to accommodate rescheduling requests)
- Dissatisfaction with the experience
Please note: MazeBox reserves the right to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
By completing your online payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these non-refundable online payment terms and conditions.
